Poczta i Kalendarz — integrated email, calendar and contacts

Poczta i Kalendarz is a mobile mail app that consolidates email, calendar and contact management into a single interface. Designed for on-device use, it supports adding multiple mail accounts so messages from different providers can be accessed together, alongside calendar events and contact details.

Core functionality includes a unified inbox for accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo and major mail services; a calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings; and a contacts manager that centralizes address data. The app exposes common productivity features that speed common workflows: message threading, visual previews of image attachments on the message list, quick-access filters (including a friends-only view), and batch operations for managing many messages at once.

User-focused conveniences include inline attachment access from the message list, swipe-based context menus, avatar support for easier sender recognition, and the ability to personalize the mailbox appearance. Search and advanced filtering tools help locate messages and files, while notification and folder-management controls simplify triage of spam and deleted items.

On iOS devices the app offers tablet- and phone-optimized layouts and supports two-step login for improved account security. The developer provides ongoing updates addressing stability and login issues, and maintains support resources for account problems.

• Strengths: Combines mail, calendar and contacts in one app; supports multiple providers and unified inbox views; useful message-threading and attachment previews; user filters and personalization options.
• Limitations: Some users report account login and transfer-limit issues; advanced customization and enterprise-grade features available in desktop mail clients are not present in this mobile-focused app.
